What began as a clinical health practice evolved into something deeper. Pairing the mind with the heart, my healing sessions are rooted in experience and led by intuition.

Like many of us, my path has been far from linear. I experienced a series of “healing crisis” moments throughout my young adulthood, however I quieted my intuition in every way I knew how. I wasn’t ready to step away from the things that were keeping me sick, and I certainly wasn’t prepared to pivot from others’ expectations for my life. It wasn’t until graduating law school that I hit a physical, mental, and emotional rock bottom - depression, depletion, chronic acne, leaky gut syndrome, and persistant psoriasis. My body, and my intuition, were ready for me to wake up from the life I’d been leading. This rock bottom experience began the cascade that ultimately led me to become an alternative health practitioner. Below are the “qualifications” I hold to date, but I am beginning to understand that it is the experiences that cannot be categorized that have truly enriched and readied me as a practitioner. From chronic physical ailments to emotional blocks, I am here to get to the root alongside you. The difference is: this time you’re the driver, you’re the healer. I am honored to simply be the guide.
