SESSION 1 - BREATH : we begin with a signature breath session to initiate our container together and to drop in to the intention behind our 4 weeks of work together (click Session from the menu to find out more)

SESSION 2 - BODY : we will do an herbal and nutritional intake analysis to see where your body can be better aligned, nourished, and supported on your path with herbal allies and dietary shifts

SESSION 3 - ENERGY : we will dive deep into your unique design via human design and the ancient systems of astrology

SESSION 4 - INTEGRATION : in our closing session, we will integrate the discovery from the 3 prior sessions in an attainable support system for you to move forward. any questions or additional tools you need will be answered and supported at this time.
